🔹 Who Qualifies for Housing

We accept residents who meet the following criteria:

• ✅ Are currently experiencing homelessness due to rising housing costs or unstable living situations

• ✅ Are not chronically homeless or dealing with untreated severe mental illness

• ✅ Are physically and mentally able to live independently

• ✅ Are looking for a quiet, structured, and clean shared living environment

• ✅ Are open to living with others and following basic house rules

• ✅ Are senior adults or individuals seeking stability, safety, and dignity in their daily life

While we aim to support as many individuals as possible, our homes are not equipped to serve the following populations:

• ❌ Individuals with chronic or untreated mental illness

• ❌ Individuals with a recent history of incarceration

• ❌ Those requiring medical or behavioral supervision

• ❌ Individuals who are chronically homeless or unable to maintain basic daily living skills

• ❌ Anyone unable or unwilling to live in a shared, structured environment

Our goal is to provide housing for individuals who are ready for stability, independence, and community living.
